With BikeComputer Pro (Android) it is possible to use custom render themes for the offline maps. I’m providing the default themes here, so you can download and edit them.
These are basically xml files, which define rules how all the components of the map are rendered. You can edit them to exclude icons you don’t need, parking for example. Or you can edit the rendering of ways, buildings and all the other OpenStreetMap entities. Get more info about them here.
Update : With BikeComputer Pro 7.0.0 and newer, the app supports Mapsforge render themes v4 and v5.

To use a custom theme in the app, copy it to the device, go in the app to map settings, activate “custom theme” and select it on the device. It is checked for XML-conformity and used if possible.
